A little guidance for your next cozy moment.
Where your cozy moments begin
Shipping methods, available destinations and delivery estimates appear at checkout for your address. Your final shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Keeping you updated
After your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow its journey. Allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.
Need a hand?
If your tracking has stopped updating or an address needs correcting, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes depend on whether the order has already been dispatched.
